Returns & Exchanges Help
If you are not happy with any item please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your email we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping will be at the customers expense unless there was a mistake made on Imperiums end.
Shipping + Handling
You order and we pay for the shipping. Once ordered please allow us 1-3 business days for processing. If there will be a delay with your order we will let you know ahead of time. We ship to the information provided to us during the checkout process. Imperium Bags is not responsible for any items that are not received due to an incorrect shipping address entry by the customer.
